Position
LPA is seeking candidates for an Associate – Commercial Real Estate Appraiser position in our Atlanta office. Responsibilities include all aspects of real property valuation, including:
- Conducting market research and analysis
- Performing property inspections
- Developing financial models and valuation analyses
- Analyzing property income and expense statements
- Preparing and composing appraisal reports
- Assisting with feasibility studies and valuation assignments across a variety of commercial property types
- Supporting senior appraisal staff on appraisal and consulting assignments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
- 0 to 2 years of professional experience
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong writing, grammar, and report composition skills
- Excellent keyboarding and computer proficiency
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook
