Last week, Mario Caro, MAI, AI-GRS, SR/WA, Anthony DiMare, Carl Eisenhauer, MAI, Mark Lowery, MAI, AI-GRS, CCIM, MRICS, and Andy McLain, MAI, R/W-AC, traveled to College Station, Texas, to participate in the International Right of Way Association Region 2 Fall Forum.

This event brought together professionals from across the region to discuss the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities in the right of way industry. Our team gained valuable insights and exchanged ideas with fellow experts. Their participation underscores our commitment to staying at the forefront of industry developments and continuously enhancing our knowledge to better serve our clients.

We had an amazing time at our DFW Summer Event at Globe Life Field in Arlington last weekend, where we watched the Texas Rangers bring home a win against the Baltimore Orioles.

We enjoyed coming together with family and friends to share some quality time with one another outside the office. A big thank you to everyone who attended and made the day unforgettable!

The Appraisal Foundation hosted the first meeting of the year in Orlando, Florida for the Industry Advisory Council. The Council consists of a group of for-profit organizations that have involvement in valuation. Valuation experts from across the nation gather to share valuable insights on the current state of the market. The group discussed a variety of topics including appraisal modernization and legislative measures.

We are pleased to have had LPA Dallas team members Mark Lowery, MAI, AI-GRS, CCIM, MRICS and Mitchell Austin, MAI in attendance.
